The fitness center staffs - Mr. Supakorn and Mr. Nati were exceptional with their service and kindness.Their service was truly flawless. In particular, with their attentiveness at the fitness center as well as pool side. I trust that you will pass on this recognition to the specific staff members. They are a true reflection of the high levels of standard that we have come to expect of Centara Group. Thank you for their excellent performance. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to commend the excellent service I received. The room service was prompt, clean, and the staff were always courteous. My requests were handled quickly and with a smile, which made my stay much more comfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient during both check-in and check-out. They provided clear information about the hotel facilities and were happy to assist with any questions I had. A special thank you to the bellboy, Charat, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He assisted me with my luggage and ensured I was settled in comfortably. His warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!

Hotel was amazingly close to eatery, massage and Kim young morning market. Having a great time throughout the stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Thanks to the teams. Especially the spa services. You were incredibly professional and a lovely smile throughout our conversation. I enjoy staying at Centara Hotel and the location is so convenient to walk around. Easy acess to convenient store and there is night market opposite the hotel. The breakfast team is perfect and the breakfast choice is international and halal. Special thanks to Janya the staff at the counter always greet us during our stay and make sure all our food is well serve. The manager Dolyada you did a good job. The trainee of the team you guys are excellent too. The hotel receptionist lady Ms Tanchanok,Bell services guy Mr Roger and Mr Charat they are super Marvellous!!Good Job Centara Hotel Hat Yai!!!

Special thanks and praise to the two therapists, Popcorn and Maple , for their professionalism and excellent technique. They were attentive, skilled, and made me feel very relaxed throughout.
