We loved our stay here, 2A and 2 kids. The service by Game in Coast bistro was a real standout. Nothing was to much trouble and he took exceptional care of all our drink and dining needs, going above and beyond every time. So much so that my 7yo always looked for him and he was a firm favourite. We loved the pools and facilities and the food was excellent from the standard menu to the themed buffets. Our kids loved kids club and the activities. I highly recommend Centara Grand Beach Resort Karon Beach. If you get Game as your server you will be very well taken care of.

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite with a private pool for 2 nights, and it was amazing! The hotel is super clean, and while the bathroom might look a bit old with some mildew along the edges (but I get it, the weather can do that), it didn’t bother me too much. The bed was super comfy, just the right amount of softness. The staff were really friendly, always smiling and super helpful. The breakfast spread was great, with so many options. The atmosphere inside the hotel is lush, with lots of greenery around. Even though it’s a bit far from the main town, it’s still easy to walk there. The pool is HUGE, and the bartender knows how to mix drinks like a pro! He made sure to serve exactly what we wanted, and honestly, I lost track of time and wasn’t sure how I even got back to the room after that! If I ever get the chance to return to Phuket, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Exceptional Resort! Went on a family vacation in July 2018 and spent 5 nights in this resort. We had the half board package-- food and beverages was awesome! Friendly staff around the resort and we we're welcomed with cucumber water (how refreshing after a 10 hour flight!). They had a lazy river flowing through the resort and a cliff edge diving rock (safety regulations were adhered to). Core memories were made here! When I travel to Phuket again, I will definitely stay here.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Always smiling, always ready to assist... Truly outstanding service. The rooms were spotless, the restaurant was perfectly clean, and the spa… I honestly can’t find words to describe how wonderful the spa staff are. Their service is excellent, excellent, excellent. They made the experience unforgettable. Thank you so much!
