No good staff, expelling people explanation for disturbing other guests staying at cellebest . I just slept, and was woken up told to go out and was not accepted to stay there. there is no explanation for cancelling check. and there is no explanation for the payment problem, please ask yourself at agoda. we don't know. we are waiting for the answer that the money must be returned, the staff is indifferent. in public room arguing, in fact we were wrong there, we pay. if you want to expel, we have to return the money at least half of the money we accept it. out of the staff said, no one threatened to leave if the police didn't come, we waited, we didn'run away because we asked for our rights.

Worst experience in Bali. Personal is incredibly rude. I booked 3 nights not knowing there is no hot water. Staff member told me it's described on booking but that's just not true. He said it's my problem not his. There was one room with hot water but there the AC was noisy in a way that you just can't sleep. I just asked for 2 nights refund so I stayed one night, which I think is reasonable seen the complaints. The answer was no and it's not their problem. I left because it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Staff behaved very grumpy towards me at check out. I am making a complaint file at booking, I am not done with this yet.
Wouldn't recommend going here to this outdated place and ownership who makes profit to not give hot water.

Update: the booking company gave me back 60% of the ammount I payed because this hotel refused to be reasonable, which claims I am in my right. Just.. don't go here, there are much better options.

I have no idea why this place is highly rated. The room was mouldy and dirty. The pillows and bedding were covered in black mould. So much so that mould entered our bags and clothes during our stay. The upstairs toilet leaked through our ceiling dripping who knows what into our bathroom. We pointed that out and no one cared. The toilet ran with dirty water when flushed and smelled disgusting. The furniture is being eaten to dust by termites. It was a cheap room, but at the very least you are paying for a safe and comfortable bed and they didn't even provide that.

We left 5 days before our scheduled checkout and explained why to complete indifference from the staff. There are far better options available in the area. Unfortunately, we had booked for a long stay and had to swallow the cost to get to a safer place. Avoid at all costs, or risk getting sick from the completely dire condition of the rooms.
