A comfy stay for us. Simple but complete room amenities and toiletries. We stay at the room furthest from the main road, very quiet. Basically, the room is cold even with only the ceiling fan turned on, but we also can turn on the air-conditioner. The room is quite clean. We enjoyed working at the rooftop dining area but there’s no cafeteria there. The place is for event dining.

Overall quite good… The aircond at our room was faulty but the receptionist was very helpful…

As far as my experience staying here, Check in : Smooth and fast! Plus ada small fridge where you can buy water with the right price. Staff : Friendly, humble and cheerful.. And very helpful ♥️ Room : CLEAN and has a very nice fragrance! Love that it is just the nice size for us family of 6.. the room sliding door to another bed was the cherry on top ?.. The bed and pillow had me sleeping like a baby.. Aircond : SUPER COLD ✅️ Internet : Fast wifi. 6 people connected, connection still good ? Toilet : CLEAN and water pressure ✅️✅️✅️.. plus you get dental kit! Not all hotels provide em these days.. Location : Cant comment much cause it was secluded from any shoplots and parking was not a problem.. But you need to take a car to go to Muslim restaurants which isnt very far from the hotel itself. Overall, BZZ Hotel is my life saver from SAJ sudden water disruption. Thank you so much, will come again ♥️..
