We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very accomodating. Shout out to Silvester for taking such good care of us! The location is in the heart of Hong Kong's Central District which was perfect for us! We were on the 9th floor and could hear vibrations from the lively city scene, but it didn’t stop us from getting a good nights rest. Would stay there again.

Service is impeccable. The staffs are not only super duper helpful (giving directions, providing suggestions where to eat) but their english was so fluent. ALL of their staffs are equally kind and so nice! Location is super strategic, 5mins walking to mtr station, nearby exchange, tram stations, ifc malls and local eateries. Room was spacious, design is pretty! The bathroom is nice and toiletries all well supplied too. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Boutique yet clean, well-furnished, and extremely convenient location! Excellent for solo traveling but not large enough for family vacation! Surprisingly quiet on the 16th floor contrary to other reviews.

The location is great for tourism, as you're in the middle of action, and walking distance from Central (MTR, Airport Express and in-town check-in). Staff was exceptionally kind, all went smooth and the portable WiFi a great perk. All is very small though, even the reception area. It's really only a functional place to sleep. That is, if you can. When booking i did not realize how noisy LKF is. I struggled to sleep the 2 nights i was there (on 15th floor), as music was loud till 3-4am. No wonder they're handing out earplugs. Otherwise, the room is a bit unhandy, only USB plugs next to the bed, you can t crack the window at all (and the air co is quite dry and musty), you can t turn off the masterlight from the bed, but you have to walk to the door. If more than 1 person occupies this, you'll also find some annoyance due to the bathroom glass setup and overall tight space.

Had a really good stay here in this lovely hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Made our check-in so easy. Had a room upgrade when we arrived, massive thanks. They also give free to use pocket wifi for your Hong Kong stay. The place is really good location, so close central Hong Kong activities. Room was clean and tidy, bed so comfy. Very good value for the price too. Would book again and highly recommended.
