Pleasant experience staying at Biz Hotel in Batam! Service was amazing, very polite, courteous and friendly staff - made us felt so welcomed. We paid a super reasonable price that came with facilities usage - gym & swimming pool, as well as hotel breakfast daily! Hotel breakfast has a good spread - noodles, rice, protein, vegetables, soups, toast, pancakes, egg station and drinks! Room - comes with all the basic necessities like toothbrush, soap, towels, water kettle and slippers, and refridgerator! Sheets has some stains but overall its ok! Will stay here again next time ??

very good service, comfortable room, friendly service, far from the road, the place is not visible from a distance of the highway, you have to go inside. the food is quite tasty and clean.

Stayed for 3 nights, booked the cheapest room, was adequate for me. It’s tiny, but large bed, small tv and fridge. TV reception not that good. Room was ok but I found the lighting was insufficient. I had a window with view of food court. Toilet small, a bit dark, sink too small. Minimum toiletries. Breakfast: good quality, live egg station, food trays do get refilled. Reception, and other stuff are all polite and helpful. It was a bit strange to take 100k IDR deposit in check in. Overall, it was good for what I paid. But I will stick to Harpers Aston next time, will have to pay a bit more but that’s ok.
