Everything is great, and it’s a good value, but unfortunately, there’s a strange smell in our room. We’re not sure where it’s coming from since it’s not the bathroom. On a positive note, their breakfast was good. There's also parking available. We’d love to return, and we hope they take care of the smell problem soon. Is around 10-15mins walking distance to Central Hatyai.

One of the greatest hotel in Hat yai. Good service, great wifi, Perfect breakfast. Nice location just opposite the Central Festival Hat yai. But the most recently of my stay, there was a small cockroach in my bedroom.

After spending a couple of days, I understood the charm of this home away from home. Get the bad out of the way first, the room looks pretty low rent and in need of an upgrade. Now the good, this is a converted apartment. It is extremely comfortable for a longer stay. You don't need the keycard to turn the lights and aircond on. There is microwave, full size fridge and a sink. Bed is very comfortable. Aircond is ice cold. The lobby sells snacks/drinks and some daily knick knacks.(There is no 7-11 near by) I questioned the location at first but found being on the outer ring road is more convenient to get around than downtown. Downtown is great if you want to walk around and does not have vehicle. The nice hip dining areas are actually close by the hotel. Highly recommended
