I just stay at the hotel for 3 days 2 nights. Great experience and best service. Kudos to Miss Silvia (receptionist) for smooth check in and very friendly. The room is nice and big (book for deluxe double & deluxe twins). The breakfast was nice and simple. Cons: The bathroom has no bidet & the swimming is under construction. Thank you Beverly Hill Batam will definitely come back again.

the price offered for major services was affordable, the hospitality was amazing. Staffs were welcoming, honor mentioned for Bapak Yuli , he always greet us with a warm smile.

Hotel is decent but emaculate services from their staff as they constantly greeted me and my group of students with great smile. Special shout out to Pak Yuli & Mas Dwi for making us feel at ease and happy to be back in the hotel after a long day outside. They do deserve all the recognition.

We’re staying at this hotel for one night. The front desk staff Cindy was very friendly and even let us check in early. Overall, everything went smoothly, and the hotel looks quite nice.
