I recently stayed at this hotel for three weeks, and it was an exceptional experience. The cleanliness was top-notch—it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Australia. Connie, the hotel manager, is incredibly hands-on and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my stay, which made a big difference. Having stayed at several 5-star hotels, including Next Hotel, I can confidently say this hotel is even better. The location is fantastic, with a tram stop nearby and popular attractions like Victoria Market and the State Library within walking distance. Additionally, the convenience of having a GoGet car nearby made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in the city.

I had an amazing stay. The room was immaculate, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, providing the perfect rest. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Queen VIC Market and with easy access to trams. The team was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The whole place was clean & 'modern': room was a good size, with a wonderfully appointed bathroom; amazing shower. Air conditioning was fantastic to get us through the hot nights during our stay. Kettle in the room with a small selection of tea & coffee, as well as a small bar fridge. Towels & toiletries refreshed daily with great care seemly taken with room cleans. A wonderful stay, great location! Just the street over from the Queen Victoria Markets, close to several parks/gardens. Last stop in the free tram zone for 57 line. Secure entrance, key card used for access of hotel, lift & room.

Booked online for my two days business trip to Melbourne and this was a great deal considering the price and being closer to the city! They do allow a late check in but you'll need to call them before and request it. Considering the rush and booking next day, I wasn't allowed a late check out but other than that, it's a good option for a budgeted stay.

I moved to this hotel after two poor nights sleep somewhere else. so the clean, comfortable, warm, well provisioned room with modern bathroom and keyboard security for each floor was a welcome respite. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I could leave my luggage before check in and and after checkout, so I could wonder around bag free. Highly recommend.
