Simply the best hotel in Phuket. I guarantee you will not regret your stay here. Price is reasonable, location is strategic, facilities are good and staffs are super helpful and friendly....definitely will stay here and only here again. They even gave us towels, slippers, umbrella and even laundry bags for island excursion. Even when key card was faulty, the engineer turn up in less than 2min n fix it immediately. The cleaner even helped us to go nearby mart to purchase an item when my wife had an emergency. Wow, great Thai people. God bless this them and may the hotel prosper more in the future.

Stayed here in May 2025 — Best Western Patong Beach is a great choice if you want a comfortable stay right in the heart of Patong! Location: Excellent! Just a short walk to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, Jungceylon Mall, and local markets. Everything is super accessible. Rooms: The rooms are of high standard — clean, modern, and comfortable. Definitely one of the better quality stays in this budget. Service: Staff were polite and service was smooth throughout our stay. Breakfast: Decent variety, but Indian vegetarian options were average. Still, good enough to start the day. Overall: A solid hotel pick for families or couples wanting to stay near all the action. Clean, safe, and super convenient!

Had a great stay at Best Western Patong Beach Hotel in Phuket! The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach, Bangla Road, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable with all the essentials. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus to relax and unwind. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Only minor downside was the breakfast variety, which could be improved. Overall, a solid choice for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Patong!
