The hotel is beautiful! The staff is also very friendly. It is strategically placed right along with a mall as well...which allows for a quick shopping and other dining options. Also the location is perfect..since you get places very near by from there. The only draw back I found was that the hotel is vegetarian...which I wasn't aware...until I checked in. But this didn't really cause any problem since we were only there for breakfast...and most of our other meals were outside....The vegetarian breakfast is good though...lot of options available.

Berjaya Times Square Hotel offers a great combination of convenience and comfort. The location is unbeatable, directly connected to the shopping mall and close to public transport, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur. The rooms are spacious, and the views of the city skyline are impressive. We stayed for 2 days in Club Premier Suite room which had two bedrooms, three washrooms and a lavish living area. The staff were polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The vegetarian breakfast buffet had a wide range variety, though it can get crowded during peak hours. The swimming pool is large and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing with a mesmerizing view of Twin Towers and KL Tower. Overall, a solid choice for travelers who want a central location with good amenities at a reasonable price!

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel and everything was 5-star! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their service was warm, efficient, and thoughtful throughout. The room itself was a dream—spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with a fantastic city view. It felt luxurious and peaceful, just what we needed. The hotel’s location is also a huge plus, with direct access to Times Square Mall and walking distance to so much of what KL has to offer. We’ll definitely be staying here again—Berjaya Times Square is officially our go-to hotel in Malaysia now. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a central location!

The location is incredibly convenient—right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with direct access to the mall and public transport. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great city view. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making my stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the vegetarian restaurant. As someone who follows a vegetarian diet, I really appreciated the variety and quality of the food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely come back!

Khuzairy from the guest reception is amazing! He helped to arrange same room for my consecutive 2 nights booking as it was 2 separate bookings. Really appreciate his help. The Premium room at Berjaya Times Square Hotel is huge! The hotel even provide free snacks and mineral water for guests. Thumbs up! Very clean and comfy too! Free use of sauna and swimming pool too.
