Stayed for 2 nights, the view is beautiful didnt get a chance to swim in the pool though I was out on tours. There are steep stairs just be careful ? had someone make the bed while I was out but they just threw the towel on the floor, there was no toilet paper in the room either so be prepared to spray and wait on the toilet longer to drip-dry....

This hotel needs to be maintained better. Strategic location, all friendly staff. Rooms are quite spacious. All the owner had to do is maintaining every aspect for this hotel; pool could be cleaner; rooms could be cleaner; maybe could add more staff so every task could be done and hotel looks more lux and good.

We stayed here for 4 days and throughout we wished to leave as soon as we can. The view from our balcony was nice but with ants, lizards, and insects loitering around. Looked like we were the only guests in the whole resort- it was peaceful but also scary to know there's nobody else in this huge resort. They don't have room service so you can't order lunch, snacks, or dinner. Breakfast was included but that's also a waste of money because very limited options, vegetarians would have to survive only on bread-jam, which buffet breakfast doesn't have tea? Also the other options in breakfast were not served hot including coffee.
Coming to the room- they were average but kettle and glasses were dirty, there was a blood stain on the bed-sheet which we requested to change but nobody was bothered to do their job. The towels provided had burn marks and holes.

This resort is extremely run down.  Pools were not clean, pool furniture looked like it had not been used in years.   Then there’s the room - broken tap, toilet that worked half the time and… NO HOT WATER.  Our bed was also full of bed bugs.  Flies all over the food at breakfast buffet.   Apology and nothing else offered upon checkout.

Such a shame as the resort is in a fantastic spot.  Just needs an operator to spend a small fortune freshening it up.

The place is a DUMP, and I'm not even exaggerating!
STAY AWAY AND STAY SAFE!
The entire place is crawling with MOULD AND SMELLS!
The rooms, the pools, the walkways, and even the restaurant. Really really bad and really really strong Mould smells especially in the rooms. I had to run even without the refund and book another hotel for 300 dollars a night because the mould smell and bugs and the spiders all over the cobwebs were just too much.
The photos are probably 20 years old and now the place looks like a garbage dump.
The only star is for the staff who are still maintaining some sort of integrity.
