I'm very pleased with my stay. The hotel is new and well-kept. Good facilities. Very helpful staff. The location is not very close to the center of Paris, but it is within easy reach of the Metro, which takes you quickly to anywhere in Paris and the region. Definitely the best value for money I found in the city.

Not leisure, but not bad neither. Price and quality match. Location is a bit far, but we always eat in Chinatown, so a walking distance is fin for us. By the way a train station is just outside.

This was our first B&B stay. We booked for three nights in the month of May. Our stay was really good. Considering the price, this stay is really value for money. We got all the basic amenities here. We are really satisfied. Also this stay is near to the metro stations (line number 7 & 14) & tram station (Porte de choisy) and because of that although it is little away from the city centre, you can reach to Paris city centre by the metro train which will take around 30-45 minutes (which is manageable considering the cheaper price of this stay). And also this place is peaceful & not crowded. The guys in the reception are also very good & helpful. This place is very much cost effective option for staying in Paris. The city view from our window was also really good. Highly recommended for budget traveller.
