I stayed at this hotel last week for 5 days, and had a wonderful experience! I was able to have early check-in at 11, and had a little trouble accessing the room at first, but staff was super responsive and the problem was quickly resolved. The room was nice and clean, as was the bathroom, and all of the common areas downstairs were pristine. It was quiet at night, and with the fan and windows, it was nice and cool. Donia in the office was so nice and supportive, it was a very enjoyable experience!

We had a great stay! We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff let us leave our luggage so we could explore a bit and grab some coffee nearby. After registration, we were allowed for an early check-in—special thanks to Donia for her helpful assistance! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Overall, great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved everything about this cute little place. Awesome location, right in the heart of the Cross. Basic room and quite a lot of stairs (work noting incase you have a lot of stuff to lug). I loved the simple booking and check in system. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Found parking right out the front. Was the perfect stay, after a night out celebrating. Thanks so much!

As full time travellers for 3 years and continuous visits up to Sydney. This has to be best stay we’ve had for the money. It is a perfect blend between hostel and private stay. The vibe was relaxed laid back and Figos next door was the perfect dinner spot. Thankyou very much

Very nice stay ^_^ The hotel is lovely decorated. The management staff is helpful and friendly. The room is cozy. A in-room kitchenette with microwave and kettle is very convenient. The manager added suggestions of activities and restaurant choices in the area for guest convenience. A word of caution, no lift available. A steady handrail has been added to the original staircase to facilitate access to lvl 2.
