Overall, we had a lovely stay at the hotel! We faced a little hiccup during check-in since our assigned rooms were different from what we had booked. Fortunately, the manager came to the rescue, and Daniel was super polite and really helpful! When we first arrived, the reception staff were very welcoming, although they seemed a bit less attentive as our stay went on. The rooms were on the cozy side for Vietnam standards, so they might feel a bit snug for two. One area that could use a little love is the breakfast buffet. There weren’t too many options, and it got quite crowded, making it tricky to find a table. But all in all, we had a great time, and with a few tweaks, it could be an even better experience!

I had an amazing stay at Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh and would absolutely give it a full 5 stars! The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special shoutout to Helen and Alan at the reception—both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind, with beautiful city views and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and with a great mix of local and international dishes. The hotel’s central location made it super convenient to explore the city, with many major attractions, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. Overall, Bay Hotel combines great service, comfort, and location into one memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in a great location in city. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious with all the necessary toiletries that are replenished every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak English very well. The rooftop bar is an added bonus where you can watch the sunset and the city light up. Rooftop pool is very refreshing after a long hot day. Highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic hotel, treated with a beautiful welcome drink before settling into our room. Centrally located and Resturants and massage places within 300 metres walk. Had a swim in the roof top pool before drinks and snacks in the Propeller Bar on the rooftop. Fantastic cocktails with a special favourite being the pina colada. For a mortal you can’t go past the virgin New York sour. Or for just a refreshing drink the sparkling water with a glass of ice and a slice of lime is perfect.

Clean hotel, but was unlucky 1 lift was under maintenance during 1 of my 2 days stay. Breakfast was great at level 17. There are few street coffee gathering just beside the hotel. Infamous Japanese street was also 5min walking distance to the hotel. Water pressure is a bit low and hot water is slow tho.
