Value-for-money hotel in good location. Room is spacious enough for me though some may find it small. The room comes with a window that looks out to a big drain or canal. It has very basic set up with no wardrobe or closet but clothes hangars are provided. There is no mini fridge or safety box in room. Although located next to a busy road, the sound from vehicles was acceptable and not too noisy. Room was tidy & clean enough, just had some moldy spots in bathroom. Mattress comfortable for me. Good TV & wi-fi signal in room. Bathroom is somewhat narrow with no shower curtain, so whole area gets wet after shower. The fixed angle shower head is a little difficult to adjust the angle of the shower. I find the wash basin to be too small for ease of use. However the water pressure for shower & basin was strong. There is a coffee shop serving local food & a spa within the hotel. It is convenient if one doesn’t feel like going out. Good location, walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall & eateries. Overall, my stay was comfortable & enjoyable.

Nearby to Nagoya hill … Affordable price and yeah comfortable rooms and services … Massage prices are more cheaper than outside one ( must try ). Love their food it was really delicious.. Bar was a minus because they don’t have much options on drinks especially no beers and cocktails. Will prefer to stay here if visiting again ..

Fantastic location. Yes the river (drainage) beside do smell a bit but if don’t open the window u can’t smell anything. The room is clean size is ok for this price I think is catch. Best thing about this hotel is water pressure

i enjoy my stay here. walking distance to nagoya mall. have breakfast. but a little noisy as it is next to road.
