Moo 6 Kohkaew Mueang Phuket District, Muang, Phuket 83000, Thailand
This resort was truly amazing with each venue offering superb and enriching enjoyment. I stayed in a suite that was very spacious and had my own private outdoor patio jacuzzi. As a solo traveler, I did not feel alone due to the the friendliness of the staff and other guests who I met there. Although each day was about the same, it always seemed like a new adventure for me. I really enjoyed the mood, and especially the music, of the beach pool with the swim-up bar. I developed a "routine" as I looked forward to each day and was amazed at how quickly each day passed by. I particularly enjoyed settling into the "happy hours" everyday as I enjoyed a cigar and wine served by my favorite people: Jayson, Minny, and Kyle. Watching the day wind down over the beach and sea was quite enjoyable with my "tres amigos" taking great care of me. I would have rated this resort a "5" but the only downside was the food quality. While no one chooses a resort for their food, I was surprised that the food was often times bland. In addition, some of the nightly themed offerings, such as Italian night and Mexican night, left out some of the standard food fare that you would expect to see served. Seafood night was by far the best dinner of the week. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone considering a peaceful and relaxing vacation at a 5-star resort.
The hotel was great, transfers to the pier from the airport & the boat was seamless everytime. We booked the jucuzzi suite, it was a little disappointing to see our room was not included in the renovation. The room was a little worn, with the air conditioner leaking water down the wall, however as we were not in the room much we didn’t mind. There are a lot of reviews on here mentioning the lack of sun beds, in my opinion there are plenty of sun beds and a few of the big cabana beds, plenty for everyone but you just need to get up early in order to get the one you want. There were a couple people who tried to “reserve” the sun beds the previous evenings ready for the next day, however after speaking with the pool staff it was confirmed that they are first come first serve and cannot be reserved. The staff are incredible, so helpful and friendly in all areas of the hotel. The only downside was the food & drink. We chose the bed & breakfast option, and found the food & drinks in the hotel restaurants to be extremely expensive, even more so than food and drink in the UK. A normal meal for 2 people with a couple drinks cost around a total of £50-£60. If you do not choose all inclusive, I would highly recommend visiting the local seafood restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and has fantastic food for a fraction of the price. If you do choose the all inclusive option, be mindful that is only up until 10PM everyday, and only on select restaurants and items on the menu. The day trips and excursions through the hotel are also very expensive, you can find the same day trips on websites like get your guide for much cheaper. Shoutout again to Kyle, Minnie & Ion! They were amazing, friendly and so helpful when asking them for recommendations during our trip. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Phuket, however I would encourage you to research and check prices of things before deciding on your package.
We stayed for 4 nights for a friends birthday celebration (50 people) Our Jacuzzi suite was perfect but check if the room you are getting was in the renovation as other guests were disappointed. The Jacuzzi was hot and the room has a huge bathroom but not much storage and if you want sun loungers you need to book a pool room. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. We went with our son and his partner and all had the all inclusive option. I would highly recommend this especially in a group setting. This is 5 star all inclusive, with good wine cocktails and excellent food served as and when you want it not buffet style. The service is outstanding and the staff were friendly and helpful and very generous with both food and drinks orders. You can just sign out kayaks and paddle boards on the beach and we had no trouble finding loungers by the pool or a beautiful table with a view by the bar at all times of day. Transfers to and from the airport are about 25GBP and definitely worth organizing with the hotel. You can get on an off the island day and night via ferry which you book in advance. All round a delightful 4 days enjoyed by all our party. We all agreed we would recommend to our friends. Chilled Out Thai hospitality at its best
Such a beautiful stay on Coconut Island for our last stop on our honeymoon! The room suite was luxurious, spacious and clean. There were a few bugs coming in to the room, but what can you expect in a subtropical environment. The staff were all very welcoming, helpful and attentive. A nice variety of food and drinks were offered at the restaurants which faced out to the beautiful bay. There were also a lot of entertainment shows happening each night which was unexpected! Would definitely recommend getting the all inclusive package because not much is nearby without having to get a taxi from the pier. Overall, such a beautiful stay!
We stayed for 4 days in all inclusive regime. Everything was exceptional... the room, drinks, the food and the atmosphere. And even though our flight was very late on the day of the check out, they let us stay a little longer with the same conditions before the check out and providing us showers to our accommodation. And that's something we consider of value 5✨
