Home sweet home! Nice view from hill top. For Asian community, not so best place to have property, because there is a huge Chinese funeral site behind this block. My dad always said if Batam ever gets flood, our house will be safe and dry. The street surface looks so bad. Garbage truck rarely came to our block, if they did, they didn't want to pick up your garbages, unless you slip them some cash to take them off. City housing and land infrastucture didn't do a good job. The road are small and jammed. I don't know whether the humidity or the building materials or just human work, any building in this city will crack within the first year after build. Makes this city look so old and dirty, lots of abandon empty houses.

This place is quite new but with bad built skill require some maintenance. Overall the bed is quite clean and cozy for sleep. Air Conditioning is nice and cool. Poor soundproof can't help with traffic noise from road nearby which quite annoying if you have a bad sleeping habit. Some rooms doesn't function properly, as informed by my relatives which door can't be locked, shower doesn't work, bathroom didn't build properly cause water flooded inside. Location near Chinese Funeral Clan House which good for people from other town who visit and pray for relatives. But at this kind of cheap price and not too bad place for sleep, do you expected more? But never check-in by walk in, because online travel give cheapest price more than pay in lobby. Last time i knew, walk-in price is around idr 250k and agoda give about idr 140k.

Big room. No breakfast though advertised. My bathroom had problem closing the door and water running all over.
