Hotel was quite and very conveniently located to East Perth Train Station. Also across the road from a beautiful park. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were so warm and welcoming and we felt invited the moment we arrived. Thanks for having us. What a nice surprise. I am truly delighted by the warmth of the genuine service offered by staff and the stay suited my needs perfectly for one night.

Great little motel - it is a 20min walk from CBD. Staff is wonderful, rooms are exceptionally clean despite the somewhat old age. After a very long flight from UK we got a room upgrade which was a great touch!! Thank you very much to all the staff!

I had a wonderful stay at Baileys Motel. The staff went above and beyond, especially Ms. Anu, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, well-maintained with a balcony overlooking the park and in a fantastic location with easy access to attractions and restaurants. Exceptional customer service made my experience unforgettable, shoutout to Ms Anu!! Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back!

What a great place to stay for a weekend in the city. It's modelled around a 60s, motel with old school phone and alarm clock. Good quality teas and coffees in the room shower were strong, and the place was quiet . Parking is free, which is a big bonus. The Italian restaurant next door is also a great place to eat.
