The rooms are pretty small with no view but good quality. The rest of the hotel is spacious and nice. Very well managed: clean, great attention to detail. Staff are very helpful, good English. The location is of course brilliant. Negotiate off season.

Stayed here for 3 days after the Ha Giang loop and it was exactly what we needed. We also got a lovely Honeymoon welcome as they had decorated our room for us on arrival. The rooms are spotless, comfortable bed, really good shower with screen. A/C works well and there’s a fan. Plenty of wardrobe space. The staff are SO friendly and helpful, they let us leave our stuff in the lobby all day when it came to check out and they even let us shower (and provided towels) in the lobby bathroom before our flight so we could freshen up. The breakfast is also good covering most bases. 100% recommend.

If only I can give 10 ⭐️ I would! This will be our go to hotel whenever we will visit again Hanoi. The rooms were exquisite clean and smell fresh all the time what a nice way to welcome us back from outside. The staffs were fantastic very hospitable and kind. This is a gem in Hanoi that you should never miss! We’ll definitely going back!!!

Our vacation was fulfilled perfectly with this hotel. Highly recommend for you guys. Hospitality is amazing in here. All staff are friendly and professional. Location is in the center of Ha Noi that is very near. The room was very nice smell and clean.

Stayed for 4 days in a family room and had a good time. Staff are very helpful and we could not thank them enough, they readily attended to our needs. One of the front desk officers (I was not able to get his name!) even helped us get a cake for our family member's birthday. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, we had comfortable sleep, A/C is cool enough. The breakfast spread could be improved though. We had a very early flight out and we were surprised that they prepared packed breakfast boxes and we are free to bring some to the airport. :) Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you, will recommend this hotel to friends and family.
