It was ok. The beds were hard but since we were used to sleeping on beds like that it was fine. Thre were 3 beds, and since we were traveling as a family it was fine. The bathroom though was translucent in the middle and transparent in the top and bottom which was weird amd uncomfortable. The hotel was quite far from the stores though, like tops daily, 7 eleven etc , we had to walk quite a lot to reach there. Overall 4 or 3.5 stars suits this hotel.

I’ve been to over 100 hotels before and this is one of the worst.  I wouldn’t stay here even if you paid me. They had to have paid someone money to get these good reviews. The beds are as hard as a rock and that’s coming from someone who likes to sleep on a harder bed. We traveled in a group of six people and everyone woke up every morning with back pain. They refused to give us any extra pillows and we had to go to the store to buy more. The bedrooms smelled like mold and the front desk staff just told us to air it out. We told her we would rather just stay somewhere else and she finally agreed to give us a different room. The shower rain was clogged and we had to take quick showers others the bathroom would flood. One morning the bathroom had a sewage smell coming from a drain or something. The hotel was also very loud throughout the night. There were multiple strippers going in and out.  The pool was disgusting. The refrigerator didn’t work. You’re far away from a 7/11 or anything you could walk to. Not an enjoyable place to stay.

Very basic hotel, no room service! You will even have to pick your own luggage! But the rooms are clean. It’s more like a corporate hotel! Don’t expect a resort like experiences. The price point justifies what the hotel has to offer!

The only saving grace for this hotel is the location
The beds are rock hard, there are ants and little insects everywhere in the rooms. The staff made everything awkward We asked for a second key card we were not allowed. There is a 500 Baht deposit that nobody told us about. The drains stink like actual sewage in the room, The showerhead Is pathetic hardly any water comes out of her. I’m not sure how this became a four-star hotel, Every time we visited the pool it was full of rubbish there is alcohol bottle everywhere. There are security here but there are constantly people screaming all night up and down a corridor shouting each other nonstop noise. There’s another hotel two minutes up the road that is a three star but gets great reviews book there instead.

The only good thing for us about this hotel was the location. The service was awful, the staff are awkward and the cleaner came in and cleaned the room while my fiancée was in the shower! The glass is slightly frosted so you can basically see through it. The bed is rock hard and was extremely uncomfortable, pillow was weirdly big which made it even worse. I love being in the pool but I didn’t use this one once. Every time we went it was surrounded by mess, even when checking out, there was a dirty towel in the middle of the hall on the floor and the staff just kept stepping over it?
