We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily return! The staff were extremely lovely and polite—always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was a real highlight. There was a great variety of options that changed daily, including soups, stir-fries, rice, noodles, fresh fruits, vegetables, and plenty of sweet treats. The daily afternoon tea on level 10 was a charming bonus and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The rooftop swimming pool was another plus. Not only was it a good size and well-maintained, but the views over the city were stunning—we even caught the fireworks from up there! Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a large bathroom and comfy beds. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to cleanliness was noticeable. The location is also excellent—most of Ho Chi Minh City's main attractions were within walking distance, which made sightseeing super convenient. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Au Lac Charner Hotel, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. The room itself was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and all the amenities i need. One of the highlights of my sty was the hotel’s excellent breakfast buffet, which offered a wide range of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. The hotel’s location was also convenient with many store, restaurant and attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and willing to help me. I would highly recommend the Au Lac Charner to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient.

We had a lovely stay at Au Lac Charner Hotel! Booked a room for three and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in District 1, making it super easy to get around and explore nearby attractions like the Café Apartment and more. A great bonus was that breakfast and afternoon tea were included in our booking – both were delicious and a nice touch to start and end our days. Also, don’t miss out on The Running Bean café right next to the hotel – perfect for your morning coffee or a chill hangout spot. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

A lovely hotel in the city centre. Staff were attention, room was clean and spacious. Room for our little one. Pool was nice and afternoon tea was a surprise. Very happy with the service and location. Will definitely be staying here again next time

Amazing location to all the shopping, bars, clothes and food. There’s also a night market very nearby and food options are aplenty. The rooms are bright and lovely and fitted with a smart TV so Netflix/youtube/etc are possible. We booked direct and were offered a free upgrade to the next sized room available, so sweet! Our neighbours were loud though, so the walls are not the thickest. The rooftop pool and afternoon tea were a nice touch, and the swim was nice with the view of the city and Saigon sky deck. I’d stay here again, really nice service.
