4 star hotel, nice located. Trans Studio Mini right behind the hotel. The room so cozy with Netflix, clean gym and pool and mouth watering breakfast spread. The staff well trained and polite, specially front office Andrie. Provide extra miles of service while we staying there. Will be back again when come to Tanjungpinang.

I stayed at this hotel a few days ago and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most, though, was the hospitality of the staff. In particular, I had a lovely conversation with Chandra, one of the hotel staff members. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we ended up chatting for a while about local places to visit and some cultural tips. It really made my stay feel more personal and warm. Highly recommend this hotel—not just for the great facilities, but also for the genuine hospitality. Thank you, Chandra, for making me feel at home!

I stayed there for a night as part of a business trip. The room was nice, the service was excellent especially the staff Trihardianto. His professional communication skill is amazing.
