Front desk- very friendly & knowledgeable Breakfast - good planning, as they gave a choice of the time slot. This to prevent of no sitting and food. Their service crew from the front to their manager very friendly and efficient. When finding sit for their guest & clearing up the plates Room- perfectly clean. And size wise just great for us, as we just need to sleep as most of the time we will be outside shopping This hotel doesn't come with phone, they use Google nest

This was my first time going on a trip to Indonesia, coming from Europe. Stayed at Aston Nagoya City Hotel for a few nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and in a convenient spot, everything you’d expect from a solid city hotel. What made the stay better was Kris at the front desk. Friendly, approachable, and just genuinely helpful. From check in to small questions during the stay, Kris handled everything with a great attitude professional but easy to talk to. You can tell they care about the guests and know how to make people feel welcome without overdoing it. Kris made the whole experience feel more welcoming and relaxed. Definitely a great representative of the hotel. Would love stay again. A genuine person with a knack for people is what you expect from the premium experience I had when staying here, definitely would recommend staying here to my coworkers and friends

This is the first time I went to Batam to celebrate my first wedding anniversary. It was very satisfying to stay at this hotel from the valet attendant who helped me park the car, the customer service check in was very smooth, the lif was very fragrant, the room was spacious, the price was worth it. There were many interesting restaurants under the hotel, many massage centers, the breakfast was very delicious and satisfying. I will definitely repeat the same hotel next time. Gonna refer this hotel to friends and family.

This is a decent hotel with a great location. You can find everything you need within walking distance. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The size and design of the bathroom is just right. Their breakfast spread is excellent. My first time staying here and I'm rather satisfied.

A nice hostel we stayed during our trip to Batam, Indonesia. The rooms are clean and spacious. Everyday, the maids will help to clean your room once. There also provides free breakfast with different foods everyday. The hotel is located at a strategic place where lots of foods and entertainment are there too. Service are good. Overall, a nice place to stay if you guys want to visit Batam, Indonesia.
