We had a last min trip to Batam to celebrate my husband's birthday as he is on a work trip there and couldn't come back. Since it was a last min decision, we grab whatever rooms are available(superior rooms) and leave a request to have a birthday cake for my hubby. The staffs on duty during our check in on 23rd May, 6pm were fantastic! They gone beyond what we had requested and gave us a free upgrade to executive suite with a plate of fruits in our rooms(we booked 3 rooms). We are really thankful as we are a family of 6 and the execuitive suite gives us the much needed space. Service is top notch throughout our stay and the rooms are clean. The hotel is located in a prime location in between 2 shopping centers and market. It is the staffs who make this hotel our must go whenever we go Batam. Thank you for helping us to make my husband's birthday special. We really appreciate it.

I had a wonderful stay at Aston in Gideon! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Imas — she greeted me with such enthusiasm and made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

A rejuvenated hotel from the last I've visited a few years ago. It was unwelcoming previously as the entrance to the hotel is rather dark. Now it is total different. Bright & nice. At this moment, I've yet to check into the room. Will continue to give feedback after my stay.

Staff are very friendly. They go out of their way to help guests like me. I would like to see that my room is equipped with drinks, coffee, tea and other food items. I am glad to talk to Emilia
