The hotel is located very central and with some little footsteps you can reach all big malls or some great restaurants in the neighbourhood. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms aren’t very big, but definitely ok for a short term stay. Only the cleanness could be improved. The bedsheets aren’t completely white and the furniture isn’t anymore in the best condition. The breakfast is very good and offers a huge variety of Asian and Western food. Overall a good experience without any complaints.

We arrived a bit late in the evening and were greeted with a very warm welcome by the supervisor, Pak Vicky and Ibu Saskia from the front desk. Even though I felt tired, the laughter we shared together and the nice, easygoing conversation lifted me up instantly. The lobby smelled like lemongrass and it definitely is a mood booster too. While Pak Vicky prepared the check-in, he suddenly surprised us with a complimentary upgrade. Lucky us! This surely contributes to a pleasant start of our staycation. The room is clean. There is Netflix on the TV and the bedding is comfortable. Don't hesitate to book this hotel in the city center. Thank you!

If you're looking for a place to stay around Wahid Hasyim, I highly recommend Ashley Wahid Hasyim! I've stayed at two other hotels in the same area, and even though Ashley is only about IDR 50-100k more expensive, the difference in quality is HUGE — totally worth it! From the room facilities, ambience, service, and breakfast, Ashley stands out by far. The hotel feels more modern and clean, they have smart TVs, the hot shower works perfectly (unlike one of the other hotels where it was just lukewarm), and the room is fully equipped — including a hairdryer! Everything just feels complete. The service even before check-in was amazing! I was assisted by Kak Alifah beforehand, and during check-in, Kak Vicqy and Kak Ichsan were super helpful and friendly — it made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. No stinginess or cut corners here, just great service all around. Totally recommended!

Good location.. nice meal in their restaurant.. great room and all staff are friendly and welcoming… lovely support from reception staff Ikhsan and Cindy very polite n respectful… TQ guys see you again in my next trip to Jakarta???
