Stayed in this hotel for 3 days, and it was awesome! The room was nice and kept cleaned. The provided water in the fridge was such a kind gesture to guests. The highlight for us here is the 6am-10am breakfast. It was really good, the apple juice they have is so sweet! We loved the food as well. Thank you for taking care of our needs and also helping us get a taxi. We would stay here again when we come back to Indonesia. Also, please keep the cats fed and healthy! They chase all the bad rodents around the area!

Strategic location. Rooms are big with 2x double beds. Hotel staffs are all so friendly. Pool are warm as well so we like that very much but breakfast spread wasn’t that fantastic. Everyday is the same. Will choose this hotel again if there’s an opportunity to be in jakarta again. ❤️

I keep coming back to this hotel because of the service that is top! top! top! and its location downtown and close to public transportation. Got always the best room and often an upgrade. Vast choice of tasty food for breakfast. It offers a pool and gym. I special and joyful thank to Ana, Jennifer and Chatrine for looking after me and all guests. I will keep coming back Mauro

The hotel is tastefully designed, the room is very clean, and the mattress is extremely comfortable—I had a great night’s sleep. I especially want to highlight the warm and attentive service from the staff, Helena and her colleague Rama. Helena kindly helped take and print photos for me, and even gave me some small gifts—a comb and some hair ties, which came in handy right away. Truly thoughtful and practical. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Jakarta.
