Had an awesome stay here! The service was excellent and everyone was super friendly. Special thanks to Mas Dika, he was incredibly helpful and made everything so much easier. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The overall experience was smooth, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Can’t wait to come back again!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with every amenity I could ask for. The hotel interior was exquisite!

As the accommodation was covered by my company, my expectations were somewhat managed. Overall, the experience was still quite positive, with a few notable exceptions. What i liked. The hotel presented itself as a four-star establishment, and for the most part, the facilities lived up to this claim. Both the room and the en-suite bathroom were consistent with the standards expected of such a rating. Furthermore, the hotel offered a gym, though the equipment selection was somewhat limited. My favourite aspect, however, was the exceptional Wi-Fi connectivity; the hotel utilised multiple access points, ensuring a strong and reliable connection throughout the premises, and the internet speed was consistently satisfactory. What i don't liked. My primary dissatisfaction stemmed from an issue with early check-in. Despite my willingness to pay an extra charge, I was informed by the receptionist that the room was unavailable due to full occupancy and ongoing cleaning. However, I observed several other guests, who arrived after me, being granted immediate access to their rooms. The most frustrating part was discovering later that my room had, in fact, been ready for some time, yet the receptionist failed to inform me, even though I was seated merely five metres from her desk. Regarding breakfast, it is imperative to arrive early as the dining area is notably small and struggles to accommodate all guests during peak hours. Oh, they don't have a swimming pool. In conclusion, while certain aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, particularly the Wi-Fi, the significant inconvenience regarding early check-in and the crowded breakfast area were considerable drawbacks. Should my company require me to travel to Jakarta again, I will certainly request alternative accommodation.

I booked a triple deluxe room. Got a very cute surprised welcome on the bed. Thank you Ridho, Maulana, Mila and Ikhsan for the sweet thought. Overall very satisfied with the services. Keep up the excellent work ya?
