I had an exceptional stay at Artyzen Hotel this January! The room I stayed in, a One-Bedroom Suite, was absolutely immaculate. I was truly impressed by its cleanliness, spaciousness, and the stunning double balcony with a beautiful view. The suite had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was listed as a king bed, but it felt more like a super king size bed. A special thank you to Patrick at the reception for his outstanding service. He ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process and went above and beyond to help me extend my stay when my flight was delayed. Thanks to him, we were able to remain in the same room, which made the experience completely hassle-free. From the thoughtful room upgrade to the exceptional hospitality, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely return for future stays. Thank you to Patrick and the entire team for making our visit so memorable!

3 days in this nice hotel and honestly I had good time. The staff very kind and ready to help you. I tried only the breakfast but, good quality and plenty of options for everyone. There is a nice outdoor pool and indoor gym that…should be reorganized maybe! Too many machines and no much space (my personal impression). Overall a nice place where to stay Macau

A great place to stay if you want some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of casinos and malls for a while. Staff was very helpful and facilities were clean and organized as well. We ordered food in our room and the quantity and taste was good. Rooms are also spacious with a big lounge area to relax and unwind. All in all, a great value for money if you book in advance. Last moment booking will cost much more so plan your trip in advance for this 5 star hotel!

Wonderful hotel! The decor throughout is stunning, restaurants were delicious and reasonably priced. Staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Rooms were lovely and the pool and resort part of the hotel a hidden gem in this part of Macau. Would stay again.

This is a very decent hotel, you will enjoy the experience once stepping into it. Staffs are all nice and helpful, location is convenient enough while you can still be away from the casino crowds. Good value for money, their heartfelt service is really a plus. It’s a good choice if you want a relaxing and peaceful time, would love to stay there again if I am visiting Macau next time.
