I wanna say thank you to Michelle at the front desk. She helped me so much in recovering my backpack that I left on the high-speed rail. The service she provided was impeccable. And the rooms were one of the prettiest I’ve ever been in. I love the essence that they spray in the lobbies, and I love the art concept and execution. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful hotel, with easy check in. We were greeted on the 1st floor by a porter, who took us up to the 4th floor where registration is. The hotel is beautiful the second you enter and the decorations and lighting are very whimsical. We got a free upgrade to our room, and it overlooked the city and had a large king bed. The room was clean, spacious, perfect temperature, and had a premium bidet and great water pressure. I highly recommend!

We stayed 3 nights in this cozy hotel, the hotel has special design from the lobby, elevator, restaurant, hallway, rooms, we feel very relaxed and comfortable in the hotel. Otherwise, the customer service is way above and beyond, they are very quick to respond. We left wallet in the room only realized days after. When I called hotel asking for help, they did not hesitate to help even during the busy times, they took my information with patience and checked the old room for us, a few hours later, they found the wallet! There are no words can describe my appreciation, thank you for all the assistance and great service, this small matter truly illustrates the kindness of Taiwanese people. Thank you so much we will definitely go back!

We stayed for one night because it was close to the Taipei Arena where we attended a concert. The room was spacious It was clean but some details were missed where you can see some stains or dirt in the corners. Breakfast was included, although there were not many entrees or varieties. Seems like the hotel was understaffed because we waited a long time to get checked in. There was free parking which was convenient. The location is also convenient as there’s lots to do around here by walking. Overall the price was a bit high, not sure if it was worth it. Under USD180 would be more reasonable
