*A Truly Great Experience – Thank You for the Excellent Service!* I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall, but I wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received after a little mishap. In the morning, I left my favorite pair of newly bought sunglasses in the lobby restroom. I didn’t realize they were missing until the evening, and needless to say, I was pretty upset as they were brand new and meant a lot to me. I reached out to the hotel staff, and after some quick verification and efforts on their part, they were able to locate my sunglasses! I’m so grateful for the professionalism and effort they put into making sure I got them back. It's not every day that you encounter such helpful and thoughtful service. Thank you so much to the hotel team for going above and beyond to help me. You truly made my stay even better, and I really appreciate it. Keep up the great work!

This hotel was a home away from home. The location was spot on, and having a convenience store just steps away was super convenient. The room was clean and cozy, and the hot water was always reliable. The mini-fridge filled with snacks was a fantastic touch, perfect for late-night cravings. The breakfast spread was satisfying, with the scrambled eggs being a standout. The coffee was rich and flavorful. I left feeling refreshed and happy with my stay

“Good place to stay.” I spent two nights in early June 2025 in the Studio 30 King room. The bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options—Eastern, Western, and even some delicious local dishes. However, there was no smart TV and no electric kettle for boiling water. They do provide a coffee maker, so you’ll need to get creative if you want hot water. One downside was the air conditioning—it was extremely cold, even after setting the temperature to 24°C. I ended up catching a flu because of it. Other than that, the location is very convenient, with a mall, laundry service, and massage centers all nearby.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly and could communicate with English. The reception area was also very cooling, perfect for a retreat from the freshly ironed sky and blinding sun. The food at the restaurant is reasonably priced too. The hotel room was spotless. It comes with complementary access to the mini bar which includes tea, coffee, Pringles, orange juice and chocolate wafer; although the chocolate wafer was lacking in chocolate and was too sweet for my liking. The rest were tasty. The bathroom was big enough to fit 10 people, the pillows were soft as silk and the beds were covered with crisp white sheets. There is also a complementary lavender sleeping mist provided. However, the location was a little far from the city centre and the roads outside were covered in potholes. Other than that, the location is pretty good as one can experience local coffee shops nearby. Very good hotel. Would definitely recommend.
