Thought we'd go for a more affordable hotel a little out of Namba to save on our accommodations budget but was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the room was and how well thought out the room features were (already having stayed in a couple other hotels in Osaka and Tokyo). The hotel is very conveniently located, surrounded by all kinds of restaurants and shops and only a 5 min walk to the train station. We're especially thankful for the concierge staff, Y. Midorikawa, who was so friendly and professional in handling our luggage forwarding request. This happened at 7 am and he was the only one at the concierge desk and was pretty busy but we felt welcomed and tended to the whole time. We'll definitely be back!

The staff are friendly and polite. The room is small, as I expected and understood. There are many restaurants nearby, but some aren't foreigner-friendly since they only understand Japanese—I don’t blame them. My only concern is that there’s just one washer and one dryer; and you can't control the air conditioner during cold weather.

Rooms are small but clean, every day towel service. Breakfast is very asian. Juices and coffee is basicly sugar sirup. Sourunded byamy good food stores

I've stayed at this hotel twice so far and it is my favorite APA location. I wasn't sure at first because I saw these pachinko places nearby but the area ended up being fine. I like how the hotel is close to Shin Osaka station. After taking the Shinkansen from Tokyo, it isn't hard to reach this hotel. Sizewise, this APA is on the smaller side. Among APA hotels, it's somewhere in the middle in size. The lobby is small but the staff is great. The staff here has been the nicest and most helpful out of all the APA hotel's I've gone to. The young lady that is at the reception at night also speaks English and made checking into my room so much easier. The rooms are clean and pretty much standard as APA are pretty consistent across their locations. *If you are big (either tall, wide, or both) you may want to rethink staying here. The rooms are best for people that are small/medium build and maybe 5' 10" (feet and inches. Sorry haha) and under.
