My husband and I stayed at the this hotel for a week and really thought it was good deal for the price. The location is really great! Close to the subway, restaurants, and convenience stores. The rooms are really small! But we didn’t mind. We honestly didn’t interact with the staff at all since check-in is done through a kiosk but there was always someone available at the front desk to assist. Only issue we encountered was with the dryer in laundry room. Our clothes were not drying, we would need to keep adding more money to get more dry time added. We’ll definitely be back!

The room is comfortable and the towel service was daily which was appreciated. Some negative reviews about the storage area, laundry, and bed size. Personally I think this is just a learning curve. There is plenty of space under the bed and the bed is very comfortable. Lastly if you're going to wash it's not a large washer or dryer stick too thin clothing and maybe two thick items. The location of the hotel is great it's less than a 7 minute walk to either the red or yellow line train station.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Previous stays were January 2023 and May 2024. For me this is an outstanding hotel for going to Sumo and traveling around Tokyo. The employees are professional and friendly. The rooms are small but comfortable with everything I need. Your public bath is magnificent! My specific comments for this stay are: 1. The hotel is very crowded. I know this is good for APA business, but it does make access to elevators, the laundry room, and the fitness room difficult at times. 2. The fitness room is too small for the number of guests. I recommend that the hotel repurpose a larger room with a few more cardio and weight training options.
