We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Japan. The staff were kind, the facilities were clean, and everything was well-organized. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. The only downsides were the high price of the breakfast, which felt a bit excessive, and the room size—it was quite narrow, making it difficult to open suitcases comfortably. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I love this hotel! It was in a great location. Literally connected to a main subway line. All of the amenities are great and the breakfast has a good number of options. They will hold your luggage for you before check-in and after check out. There’s a 711 on the corner, walking distance to shopping, food, and nightlife, and a convenience store attached. It also has a restaurant on site.

All great. Service. Cleanliness. Breakfast. The only downside is the room size when you are travelling with stuff. 3 days of tripping over each other was enough. They are great business hotels or if you travel super light. This Osaka edition is one of their best.
