24 hours desk service, rooms were plenty big and cleaned daily. Friendly service and they stored our luggage while we checked in with our other hotel. Great location too, close to the Asakusa station.

The rooms were tiny (typical APA hotel), but totally fine. I actually enjoyed how small it was; it felt cozy, though it's not for everyone. We had a great view, and the location was perfect. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I'm happy with it all

The only hotel I splurged on for myself. The service was mid and no one who looked like they enjoyed being there but I don’t really care about that. I waited in line waiting for someone to check me in but realized it’s self check-in through the machines. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, but very dusty. It could have used a nice dusting. Amenities were nice. Big enough for one person but 2 people will be cramped. Conveniently located near convenience stores. Felt safe walking at night

Very thought-out and clean rooms, hotel in a good state. Location is right in between Asakusa and Kuramae stations, so the connection to the Oedo Line is good, but the Asakusa and Ginza Lines are a bit of a walk (which is fine for the actual vacation, but a bit of a pain when you have your luggage with you). Staff was friendly, the bedroom part of the room was fine, but the bathroom could have used another square meter. Sitting on the toilet, you were flush against the wall with one leg, and the space between toilet and bathroom door could also have been a bit more spacious. The shower/tub was great, the amenities always topped up.

Lots of little touches typical of many Japanese chain hotels such as the complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, water, razors etc. Also liked the control panel by the bed where the lights and ac could be adjusted. Staff were helpful. The pillows were not to my liking, but this was not a deal breaker.
