This is a great hotel for families with small children. There are two toddler play rooms and a ball pit that my son loved. He also loved the fish in the coy ponds. The karaoke bar is a lot of fun too. The price for staying here is incredibly reasonable. Two negatives: There is no side walk to walk from the hotel to the shoping district behind it. The showers in the bathrooms are designed poorly and make a huge mess when you try to shower.

The reception staff are friendly and speak fluent English. Booked 2 rooms. 1 room has a weak aircond and leaking shower head. Breakfast acceptable. Free shuttle van to ferry terminal and nearby places.

It’s only our first night here at AP Premier Batam Hotel, and we already feel right at home! From the moment we arrived, the staff has been incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. Check-in was impressively smooth, especially appreciated as our toddler was asleep at the time. The team ensured everything was handled quickly and quietly, which made a huge difference for us. And then came the beautiful surprise waiting in our super clean room: a lovely cake and romantic honeymoon decoration that truly blew us away! My husband and I were so touched by the effort and attention to detail. It’s rare to experience this level of heartfelt hospitality, and we are genuinely grateful. We still have four more nights to enjoy here, but if the first night is anything to go by, this is going to be a memorable stay. Thank you to the amazing staffs, DEDE, MELANI & TEAM for making us feel so welcome and special! We’ll definitely be back here when we’re in Batam! ?

This was one of the most wonderful moments in life I have experienced just came here for a church camp and it was simply magical although some hiccups like the occasional blackout it was overall really amazing the rooms were great but however I might like to add it was slightly dusty their Main hall was great nice carpeting but the stairs could use some work the carpet made the stairs blend in so well some people almost fell and injured themselves overall it was a really great experience BUT I would like to especially say that the hotel security and concierge were so friendly and helpful stepping up to help where they can even the restaurant stewards were nice to help with spills or hiccups with the coffee machine. ALL IN ALL it was a great first experience in Batam would definitely come back!
