Our stay at Ancasa was truly exceptional! The rooms were impeccably clean and modern, with comfortable beds and great views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and ensure our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, and the convenient location near major attractions made exploring easy. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The Ramadhan Buffet at Ancasa Hotel truly sounds like an unforgettable feast! With its wide variety of dishes and the standout daging kerutup, it’s no wonder the flavors left a lasting impression on you. They also offered a wide array of desserts and puddings, authentic kampung style dishes, perfectly grilled fish, and a variety of refreshing drinks. Sounds like a true feast for the senses!

A friend recommended this hotel. Stayed from 31st March to 6th April 2025. Staff at the reception was very helpful and always responded with a smile. During the booking process my emails were answered timely by reservations team. They were informative as well. House keeping teams cleaned the room properly. I have only been at Saffron restaurant and the food and service was amazing. Thank you Chefs. Good Job. Several staffs attended and all of them were very kind and polite. sometimes little bit shy but It was polite. Vanessa was very helpful and kind. Sorry I forgot all the names but trust me all of them were very professional. Hassan from Housekeeping was very helpful, kind and took initiative to ask if i needed any assistance. Our request for baby cot was arranged. Thank you Hassan and reservations team. Ms. Carole (Rooms Division) was always around and smiled all the time. Very polite and kind lady. Always asked if everything is ok and needed any help. This hotel is a gem. Great location, great food and beautiful people. I will be back on November. This time with some more people.

Enjoyed our stay at Ancasa Hotel in Kuala Lumpur! The location is excellent — close to Chinatown, public transport, and many local attractions. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a decent variety and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Just a bit of room for improvement in terms of room maintenance, but nothing major. A great value stay for anyone visiting the city!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were all very friendly, especially kak Inaz, one of the restaurant staff members—she was wonderful. Keep up the great work and maintain the high standards!
