Our stay at the hotel in Hanoi was truly comfortable and enjoyable. Right from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel extremely welcome. They were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always checking in with us about our food preferences and making sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. One thing that really stood out was how helpful they were in guiding us about the local attractions. Their suggestions made it easier for us to explore the beautiful city of Hanoi without any hassle. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention — it had a wide and delicious spread, with plenty of vegetarian options, which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily rate the hotel a perfect 5 out of 5. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Anatole Hotel Hanoi. They made our stay in Hanoi very comfortable and provided extraordinary service. Emphasis on extraordinary. All the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and clean. The facilities, pool, restaurant, and bar were all beyond our expectations. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in Hanoi. Thank you to Ruby, Anna, Trung, Franco, the hotel porters/bell hoppers, and all the staff for making our stay memorable, relaxing and luxurious. We will be recommending Anatole Hotel Hanoi to our friend who visit Hanoi.

Just want to give a big shout out to all the staff and the service at Anatole Hotel. Their hospitality is truly top-notch, they start taking care of you from the moment you step out of the car! The location is unbeatable , right in the heart of the city, next to the cathedral, and just a short walk to all other part of the Old Quarter, making it super convenient to explore Hanoi. While the room might feel a bit compact for those used to more spacious accommodations, it's completely understandable given the hotel's prime location in the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space. I’ve stayed here a few times now, and it’s always my first choice whenever I visit Hanoi

Our 4N experience at Anatole was splendid! The location is in close proximity (Walking distance) to most important landmarks. Rooms were small, but very quaint in its design (Loved it). Special shoutout to the wonderful team out there who were extremely warm and pleasant throughout our stay with them. Also, Must mention Ms. Quin, who went out of her way in ensuring we had a great experience with the property! Big Thanks to her for being present and kind throughout our stay! We wish the very best for the Anatole Team!

Nicely arranged room that enabled both relax and doing necessary work while on a business trip. Comfortable bed. Bathroom with a shower and a tub. Delicious breakfast with a huge variety of options to choose from, both Vietnamese and international. Very kind, helpful and professional staff. Special thanks to Miss Quin for all help and advice she gave me!
