Top Tip- BOOK the room. We did and had a wonderful sleep here; rooms were clean, shower was warm and the staff were great even thought they were very busy. Many Many people & families were turned away as they were full. We woke the next morning to find people sleeping on the floor outside as they did not book a room & just thought they could turn up and get a room. One gentleman had a pregnant wife & child and was told to come back in 4 hrs and they might have a room.... If you have a long stay in Singapore airport, book a room or you will miss out. It is worth it for the comfort of the next leg of your journey.

The rooms are nice, comfortable, clean and quite spacious. Bathroom and shower is very nice. Of course not cheap but in my opinion really worth the money for a longer transit. Food at the lounge was delicious and definitely enough dishes to choose from.

Perfect place for a short break while travelling. Just 6 hours. Expensive but worth it though just to stretch out on a bed after 14 hour flight and have a shower is awesome. Great service good shower tea coffee and free meal. And a pool if you want. Highly recommend

Great 6 hour stay. The staff are very professional and helpful. The beds are comfortable, the room is quiet, cool and clean. Showers and bathroom area are modern and very clean. The lounge food is good compared to other airport food.
