Amazing Lombok Resort

This is a SUPER long, overdue review that I have promised. I am sorry. Life back at home really got the best of my time, making me miss Lombok so much! Owners- the owner of the resort are such an AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL people. Not only are they super friendly, they are kind enough to have conversations with us and recommend venues to go to. Very honest when it comes to the certain 'tourist spot', for example, how the pink beach is not really pink. Which we really glad to know and safe our trip down the beach. Both are very accommodating and such a great pair of hosts! It is very RARE to find such owners. 1000/10 Staff—just like the owners of the resort, the staff.. where do I even begin? Always smiley, helpful, and kind. Really, even the good-rating hotels that I have been to can't beat their hospitality. We were fortunate to be welcomed and serviced by the staff. We also had the opportunity to spend some time at one of the staff's house, which is down the road. That experience really made us understand the people of Lombok and the island better. They are very welcoming. We were told by the owner that their staff were very excited to show us our room because of the way they prepared the room for our anniversary. It was adorably done by the staff. We really appreciate the effort that we felt bad when we had to use the bed. Infinity/10 Venue- the resort is located far away from the city or tourist spots, which is really what both me and my husband needed. it is surrounded with farms and there are cows and chickens. Love it! We rented a bike from the resort to do our adventures. The resort itself has a few units of rooms and villas, which surprised me. I grew to like the idea of a minimal number of rooms; it adds up to the peaceful holiday that I was seeking. The swimming pool is right in front of the rooms and opens 24/7. Please ensure your own safety. By the 3rd day of our stay, we were the only ones left in the resort. It was amazing. It felt as if we had booked the entire resort to ourselves. So peaceful! During the night, we get to stargaze, and the goodness, we can see millions of stars in the sky; it was so clear and beautiful. Perhaps because Lombok is not populated and polluted. Only one downfall would be how the connecting path from the road to the resort was not ready when we were there. But pretty sure it is fixed now because we say how the villagers really worked on it every day when we were there. Another thing we enjoyed was that breakfast could be served WHENEVER we woke up! Love love love it. Both of us are not morning people, and to know of this??!! Its heaven on earth! To wrap up this lengthy review, both my husband and I REALLY miss the resort and the hospitality given to us. We have decided, if God's permit, we would like to go back every 2 years during our anniversary. Hopefully to experience Lombok the same way we did it again. We hope everyone is doing well there.

This place really living its name. This place is my absolute favorite out of 4 resorts/hotels that I have stayed in during my new year's Lombok trip. Nothing beats the feeling of resting and nestling here after a very tough hike in Mount Rinjani. Everything was perfect, literally. The hospitality was top-notch, the owners and staffs were very sweet, warm, and kind. Kinda regret that I didn't stay longer as I already booked another hotels prior to my flight to Lombok. I will definitely come back here and stay longer when I visit Lombok again

Amazing resort! This is absolutely amazing accommodation! The staff were super nice and friendly. Delicious breakfast and basically everything on the menu. The room was very nice and clean with all we needed. I really appreciate the possibility to refill your drinking water, whenever you like. It was quiet in the area, so it is the perfect place to relax. We took the opportunity to rent a scooter and we can definitely recommend! We met the lovely owners during our stay - Thank you! Bear in mind that reception is not 24/7, but they are responsive through Whatsapp. We were goint from the resorst to the airport and we could not find a taxi on the day of departure. The staff were so nice and they drove us to the airport - thank you once again. Just 1 small thing - in the bathroom there was a jar of water with a white plastic cap. There was mould on the inside of the cap. But other than that the cleanliness was perfect!

A great experience! Super CLEAN AND QUIET! Exactly what we were looking for in Lombok. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. Owners were also amazing! X

Found this place at the end of a rugged road, that was poorly maintained. The resort was a contrast - elegant simplicity. The owners Karen and Steffan were a font of knowledge. Good people. The resort was clean, simple and elegant decore. The staff were excellent
