I had a wonderful experience at Amaya Lake. Scenic beauty around lake was magnificent. Despite the heavy rains during my stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the housekeeping team, especially Ravindra, Avanka, Lasantha, and Udaya, who looked after the signature suites. The rooms were well maintained, and their dedication to ensuring guest comfort truly stood out. I hope their hard work is recognized and appreciated. The food was another highlight of my stay delicious and nicely presented. The restaurant staff were exceptional, always attentive and polite, making each dining experience enjoyable. Every member of the Amaya Lake team was warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that sets this hotel apart. A big thank you to everyone for making my stay so memorable. We had an excellent experience with both Sri Lankan and Western food. The location is eco-friendly, offering great views. The staff was friendly, and the hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Superb and Awesome Service. ??Especially, from the front office staff miss Navodhya, Dilrukshi and the front office manager miss Imalka... ??they were very friendly and supportive. The food and beverage was top class excellent and fantastic but I wish if you can add more food and fruit varieties to the buffet. Overall,as CFC pharmacy group we had a great time and It was a nice and superb experience, Hoping to visit again in future.

During our stay, I made a simple request for a birthday cake for my wife—and the team went above and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated, and a lovely cake was arranged to surprise her. The front office team responded promptly and ensured everything was perfectly organized. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to give my wife a memorable birthday surprise. Had a wonderful stay at Amaya Lake, Kandalama.The location is absolutely beautiful with a relaxing view of the Kandalama Lake. The hotel is spacious and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. The reception team was super friendly and helpful, arranging everything smoothly. Also, big thanks to the kind and attentive cleaning staff. The food was great too. Truly a memorable and refreshing experience!
