I visited with my family, and we were truly impressed by the excellent service provided by the front office. The room was spotlessly clean and offered a stunning view of the sea. The restaurant staff also delivered outstanding service, especially to my daughters aged 10 and 7. They were very accommodating to all of my children’s requests, making us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you very much for the excellent service — we will definitely be back!

Firstly I have to give credit to the front desk personnel, Ms. Sujiva, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Even though we made the booking in such short notice she managed to give us an amazing sea view room on the second floor which is was mentioned as only available on prior bookings. She was very accommodating and I would highly recommend anyone to make the room bookings through her. The other staff members of the hotel were very friendly and hospitable as well and are ready to serve you according to your required needs. The food however was below expectation. They had an okay spread for breakfast and dinner but it wasn’t that great. The food was good nonetheless. The beach access is easy. The sun beds near the pool and beach side are comfortable. The ambiance and environment around is calm and peaceful. The hotel itself is very spacious and has a lot of ventilation which is needed for a place like this considering the weather being hot for most of the year.

We visited Amaya Beach with high expectations. The resort was grand and scenic. Our room was clean with essentials—AC, hot water, a comfy bed, and a useful safe. However, the TV remote was faulty, and items like a toothbrush and iron were only given on request. Room service was slow and unresponsive. The terrace view was stunning, though the door lock needed fixing (which maintenance handled quickly). The buffet had limited options but top-notch quality, though the crowd made it less enjoyable. The pool was beautiful but overcrowded, and staff didn’t enforce the posted rules. We enjoyed it more in the quiet morning hours and captured some great photos. Beach access was easy, with lounge chairs and a peaceful, safe night atmosphere. There were both open and indoor bars nearby. Overall, we had a great stay, but for the high price, they should improve service speed and enforce rules better to maintain their standard.

We stayed 2 nights here for our honeymoon. We got a room with a sea view and it was amazing. Im adding a photo of the view. Their buffet was really good. Pool was clean and had a bar near the pool called Aqua bar. Cocktails were great there. In the evening it was really happening. They got buy 1 get 1 beer offer and a DJ by the pool. Everyone was dancing me and my husband really enjoyed our time here. Beach was clean and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pasikudah!
