The hotel is good, i stayed in new wing. Location is superb. But the hotel staff has bad attitude towards customer. I had ordered food a night before and kept the cutlery outside in which 1 teaspoon from my room went. Their staff picked it from outside, still at the checkout, they charged 100THB for it. This is not fair. Why would I steal a spoon from hotel? The person who was on duty didn't accept. IF they had this policy, they should have told us, and we would have counted while giving it.

Everyone so far has been very helpful and friendly. The room is decent. The rooftop pool is good and quiet. 24 hours room service is a plus for me as i forget to eat sometimes ? and it is good to have an option to order anytime. The food is great. The location is perfect, it is perfect distance away from all the noises but close enough to walk everywhere including patong beach.

Stayed again after a 10-year break, and the updated rooms are amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the pools are quiet and relaxing. The addition of an air-conditioned kids' play area makes staying with young children easy.

This hotel is amazing for a short time because of nightlife which can be noisy. However, the room was cleaned up and the stuff was really nice and helpful!! Recommended!!
