I visited Bangkok some time back (probably a year or two may be). I had the pleasure of staying at Amari Grand Hotel, Bangkok, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff maintained a professional yet friendly tone throughout my stay. The room was spacious, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a traveler needs—comfortable bedding, a well-lit work desk, and a stunning city view that made evenings truly relaxing. Housekeeping was consistent and discreet, ensuring a clean, welcoming space each day. What really set this hotel apart was the staff's genuine hospitality. Small gestures, like remembering my preferences or offering helpful local tips, made the experience feel more personal and memorable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and care in the heart of Bangkok.

I had a great time at Amari with the most exceptional service on every level. Ball was my Concierge Noy was my housekeeper extraordinaire. The food was delicious at the restaurant and everyone was very attentive to me. I highly recommend this hotel for proximity to all of the shopping. It is very easy to get a car service to go on excursions. I stayed a week and was able to accomplish all of my travel goals

Great hotel in a perfect location! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful city view. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety and was really tasty. Loved the pool and gym facilities too. Highly recommend for both leisure and business stays.

Its my first time staying at Amari hotel! Firstly, the room is very spacious! With 2 queen size beds, bed side tables, dressing table and all the necessities! Most importantly, their toilet have dual sinks, dry and wet toilet are seperated! Secondly, their service was excellent! Imagine you just threw your sleeping pj on the bed and went out! End of the day, you returned back to your room and found out that your pj is folded nicely on the bed! And they always greet and open the door for you when you approaching the hotel door! Thirdly, the location is not near BTS however, opposite is just platinum mall! Fashion for noth genders and at a better price! ?? And notable mention to Patty! (Senior Assistant Manager) for being a great host and taking care of her guests! As she always smiles and check in with us about the stay, how can they improve and etc! ☺️

Came here for business off-site meeting, stayed 4 days, the place is top notch, breakfast has the best variety, place is clean and the service is perfect. love their lift system too which only gives you access to your own floor, a complete privacy. location is perfect too, just opposite Platinum mall and walking distance to Central mall
