Over all satisfactory stay with my family. Positives - It’s a luxury hotel Good spacious rooms Pool and play area are very good Food especially breakfast is very nice Some negative i got on my stay experience was Transporting luggage from the lobby to the room after check in took 3 hours, even after calling and telling to the reception, then had to personally go there and explain to the front office staff, our luggage was kept at the lobby all the time till we went and told them Room was not cleaned on the second day when we were back after roaming around, I had to personally go and tell them to clean the room!! Not at all expected from a 5 star hotel!! So overall, would say satisfactory.

This hotel is so perfect, We stayed here for 9 days and we was very happy with our stay. From the arrival of our stay till either end was fantastic. On arrival to reception we was presented with a cold drink whilst we checked in, then we got an upgrade to our room also which was so nice. Rooms are very spacious and cleaned every day, fresh bed sheets on your request, and towels changed every day. The view from our room was a pool view and was very nice. A range of Complimentary things are also in the room which is a bonus. I went to celebrate my birthday and they gave me a birthday card and a fruit tart. Breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from which is also good for kids. The pools are very nice even for kids too, I think I will be coming back here with my kids as I know they will love it. So much lovely things in this hotel and ilthe beach is right opposite the hotel which is a next bonus. Lots of restaurants and shops near by also taxis and buses outside which is also a next bonus. Staff are all friendly and helpfull I'm very happy with my stay here and I definitely recommend this hotel. It was also good when we came because it was Thailand new year so they have a water fight festival where alot of people come to have water fights and this was very fun ?

This is hands down my favorite hotel in Pattaya—and I’ve stayed at quite a few over the years. My wife and I have been coming here since before our kids were born, so it’s been about 15 years now. The view from the lounge is absolutely stunning and never fails to relax me. The pool is also fantastic. Every time we stay, we barely leave the hotel—we just move between the lounge, our room, and the pool. It’s the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories.

Staying in a club level room is great. Not sure of the other rooms but I am sure they are also nice. The hotel is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Pattaya Beach area.
