Excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked great, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was well designed with sufficient towel hooks and rack. The hotel staff was polite, prompt to serve their clientele, and apologetic for any inconvenience. The restaurant offered and extensive breakfast buffet that rivals any hotel buffet I have experienced globally. The price for the quality of the hotel is also reasonable. The fitness center was adequate and the pool was clean and provides a nice city skyline view.

Celebrated my birthday at this hotel next to Mid Valley shopping mall. The team of staff is very hospitable and friendly. A big shout out to Mr Raja at the customer service who helped us move to my requested room. The whole experience was easy and seamless to me. It was truly a joyous birthday spent in Amari KL Hotel. The room is clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet spread is impressive.

we booked a week at Amari, the check in and out was speedy. Room was larger than normal, clean, new and bed comfy. Buffet breakfast offers a great range of foods. House keeping is spotless clean. When our flight got delayed, Mr Raja at Reception extended our check out time, we were so grateful for his offer. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone around KL and will come back again.

Had a wonderful buffet lunch at Amari Kuala Lumpur! The variety was impressive—fresh seafood, flavorful Thai dishes, roasted meats, and delicious desserts. The live cooking stations were a nice touch, and the atmosphere was cozy and modern. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Great experience overall and definitely worth the price!

Stayed for wedding anniversary 3 days 2 nights. Left a remark as coming to celebrate wedding anniversary. Hotel staff decorated the room and face complementary cakes. We were surprised. Great view and ? service. Breakfast varieties could have been better. Overall a Great experience and would definitely come back.
