Great service, location and room - I had a Premier King Room. It was clean, tidy and gorgeous. I also had executive club access - I'd recommend this to anybody. I was quite concerned with eating in China, as I'm quite picky, though I felt relieved when I saw the catering options offered to those with club access. They had a variety of foods suitable for me (I don't eat pork). The breakfast was great - with omelettes/scrambled eggs available on demand, with some options available to you (such as tomatoes, onions, ham, etc.). The chefs were also happy to adhere to my requests, such as cleaning the cooking equipment before preparing my omelettes (as I didn't want me eggs to be contaminated with pork), which I really appreciated. I'd stay here again for sure. The location was nice around a 5 min walk from a train station, as well as a lot of local food restaurants nearby. The location also isn't too busy, it feels more residential, which I liked a lot more compared to my previous hotel where I stayed last year in Shanghai. The gym is also fairly well equipped, though there's only one bench - it wasn't really used when I was there so it was never an issue to do workouts. The equipment is good for general exercises, highlighted by an abundance of cardio machines as well as a rack for squats/military presses. Thank you.

My recent stay at the Amara Signature Hotel in Shanghai was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly professional and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The hotel has a distinct and pleasant Singaporean feel, which was a delightful surprise, especially enjoying the delicious Singaporean dishes at the breakfast buffet. This experience significantly surpassed our previous stay at another 5-star hotel in Suzhou. The attention to detail and genuine warmth of the staff truly set the Amara Signature apart. A special shoutout to Linda Ma, who warmly welcomed us every morning at breakfast. Her friendly demeanor and excellent service made our mornings even brighter. We also want to express our sincere gratitude to Zero and his colleagues at the concierge desk. He handled our Taobao parcels with exceptional care and was always ready to assist us with our giant pram upon our return to the hotel. His helpfulness was invaluable. 刘三女, the housekeeper kept our room spic and span. Overall, the Amara Signature Hotel provided an exceptional experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai. We look forward to returning!

Great experience staying in the hotel. Rooms are large and clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good and gym is spacious We stayed here for more than a week and grateful for the staff who made the stay memorable Bai Ming Xia was our house keeper who ensured our room was well stocked and kept clean. Zero Zhang was the concierge who helped us to find airport transportation quickly and assist with our bags. The gentleman staff (Evan?) at the 30th floor lounge was also helpful and gracious Definitely recommend to stay!

Our family of 10 enjoyed a five-night stay, experiencing consistently clean rooms and exceptional service. Mr Zero Zhang is very friendly and nice, greeting us daily and offering valuable recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The housekeeping staff that clean our rooms daily(apologies didn't get your name)(level 9 rooms). Maintained and keep our room cleanliness throughout our stay. Overall our stay at the Amara was truly exceptional.
