Wow, what an amazing hotel! From the moment we entered the building, we were treated with friendly and capable service staff. We were celebrating our anniversary, so the hotel prepared some room decorations and wine, as well as an upgraded space. The view was fantastic, the spa and pool relaxing, and the in-room bathtub so luxurious. The only minor issue we had was when we ordered food. There are no robots, so we had to take 2 elevators to the ground floor to collect our takeout food. Every hotel in Shenzhen has robots who bring deliveries to your room. Overall, exceptional experience!

Exceptional hotel that's clean, roomy, elegant and comfy. Check-in is at the top on floor 38, then you proceed down another set of elevators to your rooms, pool, and more. The rooms are very large, the views are fantastic as you look towards the Macau skyline. Only drawback is that the location doesn't have much, unlike many hotels, so you can't do shopping downstairs. As such, the price is more reasonable than other fancy hotels in Taipo and Macau. Definitely worth a stay!

Went for a spa treatment with massage for couples. Rooms are equipped with a steam room and giant tub. High quality service and great of you feel like spoiling yourself.

I had a truly lovely stay at Altira Macau. One gesture that really touched me was when the housekeeping staff noticed my cough medicine during cleaning, and without me asking, left extra water, some honey, and a kind handwritten note in the room. A special thank you to Jian for this thoughtful act. It made me feel genuinely cared for, and added such a personal touch to my stay.
