The hotel in reality is better than what you see in photos, the room is very clean, comfortable and sunny. The personal are very friendly and professional, I asked them to change my first room because I wanted a double bed and they gave me one of the best rooms they had, they answer the requests immediately when calling room service. The hotel also has a bus shuttle to the Haram every 15 minutes. The neighbourhood is very popular, you can find everything you want, from food to groceries, to shopping malls… and all this with affordable price. Truly it has exceeded my expectations!

The hotel's location is a bit far from Haram. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Kudai, which then we take another shuttle to haram (30-40 min in total). Makkah bus is also pass through the hotel to Gazzah station (20-30 min). But the hotel room is great. The bathroom and pantry are spacious. The cleaning service is very fast and thorough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a little bit of a language barrier but it is alright. Their musholla is huge, clean, and routinely held jamaah prayer (including juma'ah, tarawih, and qiyamul lail). We can also spend the night (itikaf) in the musholla. Around the hotel we can easily find a lot of restaurants, minimarket, and very close to a big supermarket (bin Dawood). There are a lot of big discount stores where we can find a lot of souvenirs for cheap. Their laundry service is also fast, clean, and smooth (1 day service) I did not use the restaurant service.

Great experience in Hajj Season 2025 with the Government of Pakistan Hajj Scheme. I stayed there from 28-05-2025 to 30-06-2025. It is 3 Star Hotels with 22 stories.

I am Khurshid Tanoli from Islamabad Pakistan, staying in Al Rayyan Towers Hotel Meccan Azizia Makkah Saudi Arabia is a wonderful experience for me. Located on the main highway with excellent facilities 24 hours a day, this hotel provides a home-like comfort. Which is a manifestation of the fact that the hotel management and employees have high moral values. If Allah Almighty gives me another chance in life, I will prefer to stay here. I pay my heartfelt tribute to the hotel management for serving the guests of Allah Almighty during Hajj 2025. Finally, I pray that Allah Almighty will grant the hotel chain double and quadruple growth day and night, Amen.

Stayed at Ar rayyan hotel during my hajj 1446H for abt 3wks. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Closed to Bawareth mall, Ben Dawood and Al Romansiah restaurant.
