I stayed for one night here before flying out of Perth. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and happy to book me onto a complimentary airport transfer for early next morning. My one bed apartment was much bigger than anticipated, equipped with 2 showers, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, etc. The bed mattress was a little soft for my liking, however, I was very grateful for the tempur pillow which I was able to use in absence of my pregnancy pillow for a comfortable night's sleep. Nice and quiet, too. I didn't get the opportunity to see much more of the hotel/facilities, but it certainly exceeded my expectations for the evening.
The Airport Apartments by Vetroblu is a popular option with Singaporeans such as myself due to its location and it being a full service apartment. We were blown away by what was provided for the price we paid. A master bedroom with an ensuite toilet, a study room with a sofa bed that has an ensuite shower, a living room area with a television and sofa, a dining table, a kitchenette, a standard fridge, and a washer and dryer for your clothes. There was also a balcony area. Check-in was a breeze and you don't have to worry about coming at odd-hours as it is a 24/7 reception. We did notice quite a few cars coming in and out throughout our time there which could be a problem for some, but we felt the noise was minimal. Also, for those on the first floor, I can't imagine the luggage wheels chugging along the tiled/concrete floors which might produce grinding sounds non-stop. Glad we were on the third floor. The area seems pretty remote for the city area and you would have to drive out to a nearby mall if you want to get anything. Generally, it is a good place to spend a night although we did experience some downsides such as the failing blinds in the living room, carpets that was coming loose that caused my to step on some nails on the floorboard, and a musky smell that had a hint of someone smoking in the living room.
The room is nice, clean and tidy. Before arrival, apartment kept telling me “airport shuttle will be at $5 per person after 1st July 2025”. But then, they still charged me for the shuttle bus. Today is June 2025, I understand there would be operational cost for shuttle service, so why don’t you delete the starting date in message. Just tell everyone the charge is $5 per person. This made me feel cheated. I would have give my 10/10 score to this apartment if this wasn’t happening.
